Remote data collection using Trimble Geo with Lidar Rangefinder to create offset points. This can be data collection for sign inventory, rural residential and rural structures, power poles or other objects not otherwise reached by ground movement. The Lidar Rangefinder creates an offset GPS point based on your standing location. Any attributes or customization is easily gathered at the time of feature collection.

AGS Inc. worked along side of Switchback Spatial to create an extensive inventory gathering of signs, park assets, tree assets and other various assets for database records for the City of Calgary, City of Airdrie and City of Cochrane.

Data Cleanup and Converting - Data integrety is crutial! Ensuring proper spatial represenation and attributes makes for better analysis, comparison and use of the data.
